Our month-of coordination package is perfect for couples who have already completed their wedding planning and selected their vendors, and are now looking for someone to help bring their vision to life and ensure a stress-free wedding day.

Starting 7 weeks before your wedding date, we'll take over all communication with your vendors so you can sit back and relax in the lead up to your big day. We'll make sure every detail is taken care of and that you don't have to lift a finger. You've worked hard to plan your dream wedding, and now it's time for us to execute that vision seamlessly, leaving you with nothing but amazing memories of your special day.

The following tasks are included in this package, but you are not limited to just these. During our meetings, the list can be personalized to fit your wedding!

Travel fee is not included in the package price.

Package begins 7 weeks prior to the wedding date
Includes 3 in person and/or virtual meetings (initial, check in, venue walkthrough, and wedding rehearsal)
Complete day of coordination up to 10 hours
Coordinate logistics with your vendors and venue. Review all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day-of.
Direct contact with vendors
Venue walk-through during rehearsal to go over the details and logistics of the wedding day.
Wedding Timeline or assistance
Set-up of personalized items for the couple (table decor, table numbers, guest favours etc).
Assisting vendors with where they set up. Making sure they know where to go, answer any questions and problem solving any issues
Making sure the couple can focus on their wedding day and troubleshooting any problems before they happen
Cueing wedding party to enter ceremony and reception
Supervise and help transition the venue for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dance if needed
Keeping track of the time and making sure the event to staying on schedule
Making sure all the details come to life exactly how you envisioned
